A state-of-the-art primary care hospital that expands with the community
To create a state of the art community primary care hospital with considerable flexibility for expansion of inpatient and ambulatory capacity to meet demands of a rapidly growing Twin Cities suburb.
Walker facilitated a process that let a lot of people be involved up front, incorporating the principles of Lean. We did mockups early in the process so users could step into a room, and we could immediately see ways to make it more efficient. We eliminated a lot of waste.
